for him for work, but he had left before it started, so I didn’t want to waste the coffee. So I went to the kitchen and started getting some ideas. I’ve been on a coffee kick, but kicking up the flavor notch. So this is what I came up with, and I hope you enjoy, so keep on reading.
Am I crazy for waking up at 4 a.m this morning? Yes. Am I crazy for drinking coffee at 4 this morning? Most definitely. I had waken up this morning as Tyler was leaving for work, and I was wide awake and couldn’t go back to sleep, because I was just going to come lay on the couch and go back to sleep. But I had set the coffee timer for 4 this morning, because I originally was making it for Tyler
So these are the ingredients you’ll need:
Pumpkin Pie Spice
As you can see in the first pic, I made a hot coffee and an iced coffee, so yeah I’m a bit wired. Ha. I’ve never drank that much coffee before. But it oh so good. I did intend to use marshmallow fluff, but I saw that it went bad, so I just tossed in 4 marshmallows, 1 cup of coffee, 3 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice, about 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of caramel syrup, then 1/2 cup of milk all in the nutribullet, and blended it together.
Then after I made the hot, I put some in a mug, and put the rest back in the blender, then added some ice to make the iced coffee, with a little bit of extra caramel syrup. And they were both oh so amazing. I drank the hot one first to wake myself up a bit to get some energy. Then I decided to fix some breakfast and have the iced coffee.
