This evening as I was making dinner, I wanted to make some healthy popsicles for tomorrow. I went ahead and use what was left over and just made a smoothie for my dinner. Keep on reading and see how this sweet healthy smoothie is made.
You’ll need:
Carrots
Crushed Pineapple
Orange Juice
How you make it:
First you toss a handful of carrots into your blender, then pour some of the pineapple juice and then a half cup crushed pineapple in, then lastly you will add your OJ. Blend it really well until carrots are completely crushed and blended up into the rest of the ingredients. There you have it. A sweet healthy drink that you and your kid will love.
